ART REQUIREMENTS
Black & white for chocolate:
Supply high-contrast(400+) black & white line art for best production. (Black areas of art will be raised on chocolate). No half-tones, screens or shades of gray. Smallest type size that can be clearly reproduced is 9 points Sanserif, and 10 points Serif.  

COIN ARTWORK
Foil-wrapped chocolate coins have an imprintable area of 1- 1/4". Due to this space limitation, it is important to keep coin artwork as simple as possible. Overly detailed logos or overcrowded text will reduce legibility of the coin.  

SPOT COLOR WRAPPERS
Supply artwork in PMS colors sized properly.
For 1oz wrapper: 5.64" long x 2.75" wide, Front is 2.25" long x 2.75" wide.
For 1 3/4oz wrapper: 5.68" long x 4.5" wide, Front is 2" long x 4.5" wide.
Acceptable files are: Corel Draw 7 and all versions of Quark Express.
Formats should be in high resolution Tiff(at least 300 DPI), EPS or PDF.
Submit artwork via email to artwork@chocolatepen.com. Please include your name , business name or order number with email submissions.
Faxed artwork is not acceptable for accurate reproduction.  

CHOCOLATE OPTIONS
Milk chocolate is standard. Dark and white is available at no additional charge. Nestle chocolate is certified kosher.  

PRODUCTION TIME
In stock items usually ship within 24 hours.
Normal production time for custom chocolate is 1-2 weeks after receipt of
complete order. Complete order means :Purchase order, artwork and shipping instructions.  

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Our standard method of shipping is Via FedEx Ground Express Saver. Shipping takes one to three days. Faster service is available upon request.  
we ship year round. Chocolates shipped during warm months and/or to warm climates are sent in an insulated carton for which we charge $15.00 for small carton and $25.00 for large carton.  
please note. We can not be responsible for late deliveries, or damage in transit. All claims (damage, delay or loss) should be filed by the purchaser with the carrier promptly.

All copy and artwork submitted by client for use by Chocolate Pen in producing items ordered will be accepted as being submitted in full compliance with all applicable laws regarding trademark, service mark copyright, patent or similar protection. The client by submitting such material represents that the use thereof by The Chocolate Pen on ordered items does not violate any laws in the use of the copy or material submitted.  

OVERRUNS/UNDERRUNS
5% over or under quantity ordered will be considered fulfillment of order, and will be filled pro-rate.

Refund Policy
No returns on custom chocolate orders.
In the event of a return on stock items, please contact customer service first, for a Return Authorization and shipping instructions.
By returning any merchandise, The Chocolate Pen reserves the right to charge a twenty (20) percent restocking fee and the cost of shipping in both directions.
